Lost

Lost is a negative word
Isn’t it?
Everybody has lost something before
The something can be very small,
Or it could be very important.

You would never treasure it
Until you lost it.
I guess it happened to everybody,
But why,
Why couldn’t we treasure because we have it.
Why couldn’t I know this when I am young.
It is the learning curve.
Learning of how to be a better person
How to love and care others

The process of learning is
Painful and I am terrified
Afraid of losing again,
It is totally out of my plan.
Driving myself home or not,
Leaving everyone behind or not,
I couldn’t change the past,
And I accepted that,
But what is holding me back.
