Snowstorm

First snow in Halifax since I have been here.
Cars stuck everywhere
Looking at them from windows
Big laughs in the office.
I just don’t wanna be one of them laughing,
Or one of them stuck in the snow down the street.

It makes the rent worthwhile,
Because I don’t have to drive to work,
Walking in the snow is difficult,
But drive in the snow is terrible.
Friends, coworkers were in traffic for 3-6 hrs.
Guess who stuck for the longest,
Haha, I feel sorry for you.

I have been in traffic jam for 7 hrs,
And it was so …….. BAD!
My mom yelled at me,
My sister slept beside me,
My dad was looking forward to see me.
Haha, it was funny when I looked back now.

Then play with friends in the snow,
It was so much fun,
Throwing snow balls,
Sound like a kid,
Haha, I wanna be a kid
Or a moment of forgetting the real world.
